Tab Welding Service for Composite Shoes

Are you ordering a shoe and tabs that require welding and you don't want to do it? No problem! Add on this welding service and I will do it for you.

I can weld on 11 finger tabs or Wolf Busch tabs to any composite shoe I sell.

Please note that 11 finger tabs come in rows of 11 and you need 6 tabs per shoe, so you must purchase 2 rows of tabs to have the full 12 tabs. This will leave you with 10 extra tabs that I will include in your order.

Wolf Busch Tabs are sold in pairs, and you need 1 pair per shoe, so you must purchase 2 pairs for one pair of shoes.

This service is for welding on 1 pair of shoes. If you require multiple pairs welded, you must purchase this service for each pair.

Things to keep in mind:

Duplo shoes fit exactly true to size, so if your horse measures 118mm across the widest part of their hoof after a fresh trim, order size 118mm.

Easyshoes tend to fit 2-4mm big, so if you were previously ordering Octos size 118, they were actually fitting 120-122mm, and you might want to size up your Duplos.

Removing flare reduces the size needed in composites. It is usually possible to remove a bit of flare to help a tight fit, and I want a tight fit to ensure glue retention. If you can place the shoe on the hoof and shake the hoof up and down gently and shoe stays on it will likely hold. If it slides off easily it is too big and will leverage the glue bonds and may not hold.
